How can it be the first day of August?! The change in the calendar brought our first sunny morning in quite a while. It was so nice to wake up to blue skies instead of the steel grey we have been getting for the past week. And the temperatures are rising. They are now calling for mid-nineties by Saturday. So perhaps, the Summer that we have all been waiting for has arrived along with the month of August.
